注意事项:

1、 为了避免颗粒、 杂物进入传感器, 在传感器的入水口必须安装过滤网;

2、 当磁性材料或对传感器产生磁力的材料靠近传感器时, 其特征可能有所变化;

3、 水流量传感器的安装须避开震动和摇晃的环境和应用, 以免影响传感器的测量精度;

4、 请勿擅自拆开水流量传感器以防损坏, 凡擅自拆解过的水流量传感器均不在保修范围之列;

5、 未使用过本结构类型传感器, 用于直接替代时可能有不合适之处, 敬请及时提出;

6、工作电压和输出电压有如下区别,请酌情选择:

常规款:DC5-24V,额定电压DC24V,输出高电平23.5V,低电平0.5V;

低功耗版(10μA):DC3.3-5.5V,额定电压5V,输出高电平4.5V,低电平0.5V;

7、接PLC时请务必使用PLC供电和接收信号,不能单独供电,容易烧掉霍尔。

5. Wiring: Red (positive), Black (negative), Yellow (output); other specifications customizable.  

6. Custom orders require minimum quantity.  


Precautions:  

1. Install a filter at the inlet to prevent particles/debris from entering the sensor.  

2. Magnetic materials or materials generating magnetic force may affect sensor performance.  

3. Avoid installation in vibrating/shaking environments to maintain measurement accuracy.  

4. Do not disassemble the sensor; unauthorized disassembly voids warranty.  

5. Direct replacement without prior use may cause incompatibility—please provide feedback promptly.  

6. Voltage differences:  

   • Standard: DC5-24V, rated DC24V, output high 23.5V, low 0.5V.  

   • Low-power (10μA): DC3.3-5.5V, rated 5V, output high 4.5V, low 0.5V.  

7. When connecting to PLC, use PLC power supply and signal reception only; separate power may damage the Hall element.
