注意事项:
1、 为了避免颗粒、 杂物进入传感器, 在传感器的入水口必须安装过滤网;
2、 当磁性材料或对传感器产生磁力的材料靠近传感器时, 其特征可能有所变化;
3、 水流量传感器的安装须避开震动和摇晃的环境和应用, 以免影响传感器的测量精度;
4、 请勿擅自拆开水流量传感器以防损坏, 凡擅自拆解过的水流量传感器均不在保修范围之列;
5、 未使用过本结构类型传感器, 用于直接替代时可能有不合适之处, 敬请及时提出;
6、工作电压和输出电压有如下区别,请酌情选择:
24V款:DC5-24V,额定电压DC24V,输出高电平23.5V,低电平0.5V;
低功耗版(10μA):DC3.3-5.5V,额定电压5V,输出高电平4.5V,低电平0.5V;
7、接PLC时请务必使用PLC供电和接收信号,不能单独供电,容易烧掉霍尔。

Features
PA66 nylon with glass fiber material, lightweight and durable.
Both ends are threaded, making connection more convenient.
Domestic Hall elements are sensitive and reliable.
When the input voltage is 5V, the output high level is 4.5V. When the input voltage is 24V, the output high level is 23.5V.
Wiring: Red for positive, black for negative, yellow for output. Other specifications can be customized.
Customization requires a certain quantity.
Precautions
To prevent particles and debris from entering the sensor, a filter mesh must be installed at the sensor's inlet.
When magnetic materials or materials that generate magnetic force are close to the sensor, its characteristics may change.
The installation of the water flow sensor should avoid environments and applications with vibration and shaking to ensure measurement accuracy.
Do not disassemble the water flow sensor to prevent damage. Any sensor that has been disassembled is not covered by the warranty.
If you have not used this type of sensor before and are using it as a direct replacement, there may be some incompatibilities. Please bring this to our attention promptly.
There are differences between the working voltage and output voltage. Please choose according to your needs:
24V model: DC5-24V, rated voltage DC24V, output high level 23.5V, low level 0.5V.
Low power version (10μA): DC3.3-5.5V, rated voltage 5V, output high level 4.5V, low level 0.5V.
When connecting to a PLC, make sure to use the PLC's power supply and signal reception. Do not power it separately, as this may damage the Hall element.
